The TDC is a statewide alliance of more than 35 advocacy, support, provider, and professional organizations working together to influence society to value, include, and support people with disabilities. National Disability Related News & Publications

The Arc of the United States offers fact sheets and a Press Room on disability-related topics.

The Center for an Accessible Society is a communications clearinghouse providing journalists credible information and quotable sources on national disability policy and independent living issues.

Center for Personal Assistance Services publishes a quarterly newsletter to keep subscribers informed of their activities as well as events and news in Personal Assistance Services.

Council for Exceptional Children offers a free e-newsletter and public policy and advocacy news.

Deaf International News, a free bi-weekly e-zine for persons with a hearing loss.

Disability World, a bimonthly web-zine of international disability news and views.

The Disability History Museum contains digital versions of images, texts, and other artifacts related to disability history that have been gathered from libraries and private collections across the country.

Enabled Online, an online magazine for persons with disabilities.

Exceptional Parent Magazine, an online resource providing information, support, ideas, encouragement, and outreach for families of children with disabilities and the professionals who work with them.

Family Voices is a national grassroots clearinghouse for information and education about ways to assure and improve health care for children with disabilities and chronic conditions. Family Voices offers a "Voices" newsletter and a "Friday's Child" fax or e-mail weekly updates.

New Mobility Magazine, a print and online magazine focused on disability culture and lifestyle.

PACER is a nonprofit organization in Minnesota that helps parents and families of children with disabilities. They have 25 programs assisting individuals with and without disabilities. View a list of PACER publications. The PACESETTER, their free newsletter published 3 times a year, provides an overview of legislation, court cases, and services affecting special education. Carries articles about children with disabilities, their families, PACER programs, and new technology developments.

Pipline, published three times per year by the Southeast DBTAC, communicates extensive information about the Americans with Disabilites Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to over 10,000 subscribers. Alternate formats are available upon request: large print, braille, audio cassette, and computer disks.

Quality Mall provides free information about person-centered supports for people with developmental disabilities. They provide e-mail alerts and a newsletter.

Autism Asperger Publishing Company is an independent publisher offering resources for parents and professionals alike. All publications provide meaningful information and activities for individuals with autism, Asperger Syndrome and other pervasive developmental disorders.

Disabilities Books provides a thorough listing of books of interest to adults with disabilities, parents of children with disabilities, family members, and professionals.

Family Village Bookstore includes reading, audio, video, and musical resources related to disabilities.

Soundbytes: the hearing enhancement resource catalog is free catalogue with resources and information on hearing loss.

Quality Mall provides free information about person-centered supports for people with developmental disabilities.
