It continues to be a collaborative project of both the Council and the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center.

Tennessee Disability Pathfinder is staffed by Director Carole Moore-Slater, MS, who has more than three decades experience in disability services in Tennessee, and Claudia Avila-Lopez, Statewide Hispanic Program Coordinator. Melissa Fortson serves as Pathfinder's Information & Referral Specialist/Program Coordinator. Ashley Coulter serves as Pathfinder's Disability Resource Specialist and Carolina Meyerson is Pathfinder's Hispanic Outreach Specialist.
