School-to-Adult Transitions
Clinic at Vanderbilt (SAT-V)
The School to Adult Transitions Clinic
at Vanderbilt (SAT-V) helps young
adults with intellectual disabilities, ages
17-25, cope with the behavioral and
mental health challenges that can inhibit
a successful transition from the school
to after-school years. Change can be
difficult, and clinic staff will assist the
person in getting a positive start on
adulthood.
