Nancy Cobb has been the Home and Community-Based Services RN Program Manager for the South Central Tennessee Area Agency on Aging and Disability since March 2003, providing general management of multiple home and community-based service programs designed to help the elderly and those with disabilities prevent or delay nursing home placement. She is also the direct coordinator of the local implementation of the National Family Caregiver Support Program, which provides information and services directly to informal unpaid caregivers trying to keep their loved ones at home. These programs are designed to benefit the elderly and consumers with functional and developmental disabilities.
