Health behavior refers to individual lifestyle and behavior aimed at enhancing and maintaining good physical and mental health. Health care delivery refers to practices, policies, or referral processes that contribute to making mental and/or medical health care personnel, services, or facilities available to persons in need of such care. Health care utilization refers to processes inovlved in or factors affecting useage of professional or nonprofessional health services or programs. Health education refers to instruction or pograms in school institutional, or community settings which present material about factors affecting health behavior and attitudes.
