Adult Brain Research at Vanderbilt

    Looking for:

    We are looking for people who:

    • are healthy
    • are between the ages of 18 and 50
    • speak English
    • have an autism spectrum diagnosis
    • currently have a strong hobby, activity, or interest

    Compensation:

    The study pays $20/hour. Your parking at Vanderbilt will be paid for. If you participate in the MRI portion of the study, you’ll also get a picture of your brain to take home!

Brain Connections and Sensory Pathways in Autism

    Looking for:

    We are looking for kids who:

    • have an autism spectrum disorderand kids who do not have an autism spectrum disorder
    • are between the ages of 3 and 8
    • are likely to be able to stay still for 15-20 minutes in an MRI scanner scanner or sleep through an MRI scan

    Compensation:

    $20/hour

    Looking for:

    • Babies between 16 months and 30 months old
    • who have an older brother or sister with ASD

    Compensation:

    Families will be paid for their time up to $215.

Feeling Better Together: Healthy Kids, Healthy Families

    Looking for:

    Parents or primary caregivers of 5- 18 year olds who are in treatment for emotional or behavioral problems

    English is the parent/caregiver's primary language.

    Compensation:

    $25 for first interview visit, up to $145 for completing the whole study, $30 to $50 for child participants who complete the study
