Adult Brain Research at Vanderbilt

    Looking for:

    We are looking for people who:

    • are healthy
    • are between the ages of 18 and 50
    • speak English
    • have an autism spectrum diagnosis
    • currently have a strong hobby, activity, or interest

    Compensation:

    The study pays $20/hour. Your parking at Vanderbilt will be paid for. If you participate in the MRI portion of the study, you’ll also get a picture of your brain to take home!

Does your child like to play computer games?

    Looking for:

    Children 6 to 18 with or without an autism spectrum disorder who

    are likely to be comfortable working on a computer for 2 hours

    can verbally respond to a task

    have normal or corrected to normal vision and hearing

    Compensation:

    $10 gift card per hour of study completed

    Children age 6– 17 with an autism spectrum disorder who are taking an atypical antipsychotic like Risperidone (risperidol), Zyprexa (Olanzapine) and have gained unwanted weight.
