Looking for:

Parent(s) and their 3- to 5-year old children:

• with suspected stuttering OR
• no concern of stuttering
• with no other known speech, language, or hearing problems
• with no physical or mental disability

Hearing Tests for Infants and Young Children

Looking for:

• Infants and children
• birth to 10 years old
• with and without hearing loss

Compensation:

$25 per visit

KidTalk JEEP Project : Joint Attention, Enhanced Milieu Teaching and Expanding Play for Children with Autism

Looking for:

• 5-8 year old children who:
• have a diagnosis of autism
• have had at least 2 years of early intervention
• still show slow progress or no progress in talking.
• do not have a sensory disability (blind, deaf),
• do not have a syndrome diagnosis (Down syndrome, Fragile X)
• do not have motor disability (cerebral palsy).

Compensation:

All testing and intervention are at no charge.

KidTalk WORLD: Working On Rapid Language Development

Looking for:

We are looking for parent(s) and their 24 to 42-month-old children with:

• Typical language and thinking skills
• OR
• Language delays and typical thinking skills

Compensation:

Assessment and interventions at no cost, some money for completion.

• Children with language impairments or delays from 4 ½ to 5 ½ years of age.
• Typically developing children from 3 to 5 ½ years of age.

Your child will be paid $25.00 per session.

• Adults with or without disabilities

Looking for:

• Persons with Angelman syndrome
• from birth to 60 years old
• diagnosed with or without genetic proof

Compensation:

Yearly evaluations, with reports, at no cost

Useful Speech Study

Looking for:

You and your child may be able to participate if:

• you suspect your child may have autism or
• your child has been diagnosed with autism
• your child is between the ages of 24 and 47 months, and
• your child uses no words or very few words to communicate with others
