Description

We are studying how differences in anxiety or worry affects children’s cognitive performance. This study involves one visit to Vanderbilt. We will study children with anxiety and healthy children without anxiety.

We will ask your child to:

  • answer some questions about personality, feelings, and behaviors
  • play some computer games that measure attention and decision-making

We will ask you to:

  • answer some questions about your child’s personality, feelings, and behaviors
  • Participant Criteria

    Children 8 to 12 years old who are worry a lot or are anxious.

    Compensation

    Your child will be paid $30 for completing one 3-hour visit to Vanderbilt.
