Researchers at Meharry Medical College are seeking volunteers to participate in a teen health research study. The study focuses on helping improve care for youngsters suffering from depression.
This research study is approved by Meharry Medical College and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Eligible participants can receive:
Funded by National Institutes of Mental Health.
Eligible volunteers must be between 12 and 21 years and meet the following criteria:
Compensation is provided for both travel and on-site evaluations and can range from between $25-$950 depending upon level of participation
Multiple visits, including treatment sessions

14 -15 year old African-American teens with risky behavior and at least one of their parent /guardians
Compensation: Yes18 to 45 year old women who have experienced interpersonal violence in the past month.
