Description

What makes a word easier to read? We are interested in how people read "real" words and "nonsense" words.

We ask you to:

  • Click to answer these questions online.
  • Come in for a 2.5 - 3 hour visit for $75.00.
  • Come in for a MRI brain scan 1 - 1.5 hour visit for an additional $75.00.
  • Learn a little about how your brain reads
  • Help us learn what makes a word easy or hard to read.

Participant Criteria

18 to 24 year old adults

with or without reading problems

Compensation

$75.00 per visit - $150 total for 2 visits

Visit Requirements

2 visits 1st Visit: 2.5 - 3 hours for pencil & paper tests 2nd Visit: 1 - 1.5 hour for MRI scan
