Sensory Processing in Kids with Autism Spectrum Disorders

Description

This research hopes to better understand children’s brain waves while they process what they see and hear.

To take part, your child must:

  • Be between 8 and 13 years old
  • Have an autism spectrum disorder (may need an additional diagnostic session) OR
  • Be typically developing
  • Have normal or corrected-to-normal vision and hearing (glasses or contacts okay)
  • Take part in a 2 ½ hour session and get a $30 gift card.

If you already completed a study using computer games or sensory tasks, you can still do this one.

Participant Criteria

  • Children between 8 and 13 years old
  • with autism spectrum disorders OR
  • with typical development

Compensation

Children will receive a $30 gift card
