Administrative Services Core conducts and manages the Center's major financial, administrative, and clerical activities, and provides financial and administrative support for all Cores and individual research projects. With University support, grants development services are provided, as well as services related to development (e.g., foundations, individual donors), communication, education, and governance functions.
Dissemination services including the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center web site, print materials, distribution lists, research lectures, conferences, seminars, research ethics education, visiting scholars and more.
Assistance in raising funds from individuals, foundations, and corporations. Support for Leadership Council and Nicholas Hobbs Donor Society.
Physical maintenance, housekeeping, security, room reservation, transportation and parking.
Services for grant editing and formatting narrative, budget development, form pages and more.
Budget development, justification for NIH applications, training for staff, and more.
Graphic services include design of brochures, flyers, newsletters, and journal figures.
