Carole Moore-Slater directs Tennessee Disability Pathfinder, a statewide, comprehensive information and referral for services and resources for all types of disabilities and all ages. She has 30 years' of disability-related social work experience. As Coordinator of the Center's UCEDD Community Service and Technical Assistance Program, she works closely with the UCEDD Co-Director to provide program oversight and outreach and assists in the development of collaborative and pilot programs. She takes part in community meetings, provides training presentations, and supervises staff and field placement students.
