Peggy Chatfield serves as coordinator of facility management, providing oversight for the distributed space assigned by the Center's director. She works closely with Vanderbilt Operations to ensure the physical integrity and safety of Center facilities, and she coordinates renovations. She is responsible for building and individual room security and serves as the liaison to University Plant Operations and Safe Offices to manage lighting, heating, air conditioning, repair, and housekeeping needs. She is responsible for scheduling the Center's 241 and 410 conference rooms, for research reserved parking spaces, and reservations for the VKC vehicle.
