TRIAD Full Day Workshop - "Asperger Syndrome - Sailing Toward Independence"

The Tennessee Department of Education, in partnership with Vanderbilt Kennedy Center TRIAD, is pleased to provide an autism-specific workshop for teachers, parents, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, behavior supports, and other education personnel. This full-day workshop will provide information regarding:

• Characteristics of Asperger Syndrome
• Challenges faced by individuals with Asperger Syndrome
• Strategies to assist students with Asperger Syndrome toward independence

Locations: February 27 (UT-Knoxville), March 3 (Lambuth University, Jackson, TN), and March 6 (Woodmont Church of Christ, Nashville, TN)
