Description

Join us for an informal "Community Conversation" over coffee and dessert to explore how we can strengthen our community by supporting the employment of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

A community conversation is a creative way to meet new people and explore innovative solutions to local issues that matter most. We'll think collectively about how we can utilize the strengths, resources, and opportunities in Jackson to ensure that our friends and neighbors with disabilities can access meaningful employment opportunities and contribute their gifts in the workplace. Your voice is needed in this conversation!

We need folks representing every segment of our community including: Business, Government, Educators, Disability Service Providers, Non-Profits, Faith Communities, and/or Individuals with Disabilities and their Families.

Tuesday, June 25, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
