The Down Syndrome Community Education Series panel presentation "Healthy People With Down Syndrome: The Goal of Vanderbilt’s Down Syndrome Clinic" will be held Tuesday, Apr. 30, at 6:30 p.m. in Room 241 of the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center/One Magnolia Circle Building.
Come meet the doctors and staff of the Vanderbilt Down Syndrome Clinic and learn what they offer. They will talk about the health concerns common to individuals with Down syndrome of all ages, and answer your questions. They will discuss what the Down Syndrome Clinic contributes as a health care team member in the health of an individual with Down syndrome.
Presenters will include Niru Madduri, M.D., Medical Director, Down Syndrome Clinic, and a panel of Clinic team members, including a physical therapist, behavior and education specialist, occupational therapist, speech language pathologist, nutritionist, and adult medicine specialist.
