What types of opportunities and activities are available for individuals with disabilities and their families?

Please join us for an informative training to learn more about the following services available through the presenting agencies:

• A statewide clearinghouse of disability-related information, including recreational resources
• A statewide clearinghouse of disability-related information, including recreational resources
• A statewide organization that provides people with disabilities opportunities to participate in, learn through, and enjoy the arts
• Various creative arts classes for individuals with disabilities
• Assistive technology resources and services that promote the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in recreational activities
• Athletic activities for individuals with disabilities
• Adapted physical education and recreation for individuals who are blind or visually impaired

This event will be held Thursday, Mar. 21, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. at The Renaissance Center, 855 Tennessee 46, Dickson, TN. Training is free of charge, but pre-registration is required. Please register before the March 18 deadline.
