Celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month in October by participating in this national job-shadow and career exploration program designed to link students and jobseekers with disabilities to employers interested in fostering more diverse work cultures and/or hiring people with disabilities.

How to Participate

Vanderbilt employees who would like to mentor an individual through jobshadowing on Wednesday, Oct. 17, must complete a brief online application by Sunday, Sept. 30. To apply to be a mentor, visit: http://j.mp/roIUrq. Job seekers with disabilities who would like to job-shadow must complete an application.
