Issues Accessible License Plates and Accessible Parking Placards. Application must be completed by physician or Christian Science Practitioner.
Tennessee resident drivers or passengers who may have difficulty with mobility. Includes individuals who may use a wheelchair, cannot walk more than 200 feet without stopping to rest, or have vision of not more than 20/200 with correcting glasses. Please contact your County Clerk's office for more details.
