Services Summary

A chapter of the National Muscular Dystrophy Association that addresses the needs of individuals with muscle diseases and their families through research, advocacy, education, and services that include: MDA Clinic (offers medical care and clinical trials); Equipment Assistance (durable medical and orthopedic equipment loan program and assistance in equipment repairs); Support Groups, and Camp Program (sponsors Center for Courageous Kids, summer recreational camp).

Eligibility Guidelines

Serves all ages; eligibility criteria may vary based on program. Summer Camp is of no cost to the family. Clinics and medical equipment repair will be charged to insurance first, if available. Balance will be paid by MDA up to the allowable yearly maximum.
