A chapter of the National Muscular Dystrophy Association that addresses the needs of individuals with muscle diseases and their families through research, advocacy, education, and services that include: MDA Clinic (offers medical care and clinical trials); Equipment Assistance (help in obtaining durable medical and orthopedic equipment); Support Groups, and Camp Program (sponsors Camp Discovery, a summer recreational camp).
