Below is a clip from a typical Kindergarten Reading PALS teacher lesson. The teacher introduces the PALS lesson and acts as the Coach while her students act as the Readers. A student comes up to demonstrate being the Coach. This follows the format of the introductory PALS training. First-Grade Reading PALS teacher-directed lessons follow a similar format.
