Why Use This Equipment??

We have a total of 8 operant chambers. Each operant chamber is a complete test station. Illuminated nose poke response modules have are used in place of response levers. Reward can be either liquid or pellet. Each station is computer controlled and we have many software programs available for use. New ones can be written as need.

Location: Preston Research Building 864

Charges: $16 per hour ($8 for CMN and KC members)

Note: To use the operant conditioning chambers you must have an active Account with the Murine Neurobehavioral Lab and reserve time using our on-line Scheduling calendar. Contact John, to arrange training.
