Autism 101 Workshop

This workshop is designed for teachers, classroom assistants, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other providers working in a school or childcare setting.

During this workshop, TRIAD staff provide basic information about autism spectrum disorders that is geared toward educators and service providers.

Workshops are typically geared toward specific age ranges (i.e., preschool, school aged) and settings. Participants will learn about the features of autism, the characteristics and learning styles of children with autism, and evidence-based approaches for behavior management and teaching new skills within educational settings.
