Vanderbilt Kennedy Center Sibling Programs

Vanderbilt Kennedy Center Sibling Programs consists of support, education and networking programs designed for the brothers and sisters of people with disabilities.

SibSaturday is a spirited mix of new games (designed to be unique, off-beat, and appealing to a wide ability range), new friends, and discussion activities for siblings from ages 5 to 13 years of age whose brothers or sisters have various types of disabilities or chronic health conditions.

Tennessee Adult Brothers and Sisters (TABS) is a newly organized group for adult siblings of individuals with disabilities.

National Sibling Research Consortium is a collaborative effort of researchers from several universities interested in siblings of individuals with disabilities and The Arc of the United States, with leadership provided by the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center’s Family Research Program.
