Registration fee includes:
Access to conference on all 3 days (we do not offer day passes)
W-Fri beverages 8 – 11 am
W-Th beverages 1:15-4 pm
W-Th poster receptions 5-7 pm
Fri breakfast 8-9:30 am

Attendees are on their own for all other meals. There are multiple affordable restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Please note, complimentary wi-fi is only available in the sleeping rooms to registered hotel guests. Wi-fi is not guaranteed in the meeting rooms. If you wish to have wi-fi access in the meeting room, you will be able to purchase it at a discounted rate of $20 per connection from the hotel. Our hope is that attendees will be giving their full attention to the presentations given in the meeting rooms and won’t need the wi-fi.

Gatlinburg Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration for this conference, Vanderbilt University will refund your registration fee, less a 10 % administrative fee provided you notify us no later than 2 weeks prior to the conference. No refunds will be made after that date. Registration may be transferred to another person. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of this conference due to unforeseen circumstances, Vanderbilt University will refund registration fees in full. Since you are responsible for making your own travel arrangements, Vanderbilt University is not responsible for non-transferable, non-refundable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased in connection with attendance at this conference.
