Access Nashville received grant funding through the Very Special Arts Program for the logo design. Erin Brady Worsham, a well-known artist in the disability community, designed the logo in 2004.

This logo, printed on t-shirts worn by Access Nashville volunteers, was printed by residents of the Crumley House Brain Injury Rehab Center in Limestone, Tennessee.
